Rates are subject to change without notice. Where a booking has been confirmed by a receipt of a deposit the rate quoted will be honoured.
$200 (Low Season) and $600 (Peak Season) is required via credit card to confirm the booking. Balance of account is payable on arrival.
All efforts will be made by management to place guests in the requested room category. Where circumstances beyond our control prevent this, an alternative room category will be allocated.
- In the event of a Guest wanting to amend or cancel a booking, a refund of the deposit, less an administration fee, will only be made if more than 14 days notice is given.
- If cancellations are made within 14 days the full quoted tariff will be charged unless we are able to rent the Apartment for the same tariff.
- In the event of a 'No Show' the full tariff will be charged.
- Guests who reduce the length of stay once in-house will not receive a refund on nights booked.
We do not issue refunds due to bad weather; including any inconvenience or complication caused by a bad weather, or significant threat of a bad weather. Weather is by nature unpredictable and clients are encouraged to purchase travel insurance to protect their holiday investment.
We accept all major credit cards, EFTPOS and cash. All rates are inclusive of any applicable government taxes and charges.
